Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and guidelines governing the use of the Hazaans platform, services, and storefront engine (collectively, the "Services"). By using Hazaans, you agree to comply with all aspects of this policy.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use our Services to sell, distribute, or advertise any of the following types of products or content:

  • Illegal Goods: Products that violate local, national, or international laws, regulations, or ordinances.
  • Infringing Materials: Counterfeit items, unauthorized replicas, or goods that infringe on copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights of third parties.
  • Weapons and Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, tactical knives, fireworks, or hazardous explosive materials.
  • Regulated or Controlled Substances: Narcotics, prescription drugs, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or other regulated/controlled substances.
  • Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit items, or services of a sexual nature.
  • Hate Speech and Harassment: Products that promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech against individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following activities on or through our Services:

  • Fraud and Deception: Engaging in dropshipping fraud, selling non-existent goods, misrepresenting shipping times, or running misleading ads/pages.
  • System Abuse: Overloading or attacking our API servers, attempting to breach security parameters, or launching crawlers and scraper bots designed to disrupt platform stability.
  • Intellectual Property Abuse: Using our template codes, brand logos, or visual layouts without authorization.
  • Spam and Phishing: Using the built-in email/SMS systems to send unsolicited bulk communications, promote phishing schemes, or distribute malware.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any violations of this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your store account, forfeiture of billing subscriptions, and referral of illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
